Foot Prints Boutique understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.
Items returned within 15 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
All items are returned to Foot Prints Boutique at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Foot Prints Boutique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.

Foot Prints Boutique reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Exchange Policy.
Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (not including weekends nor holidays).
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.
All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $100.00 using the code: "Free Shipping". Free Shipping not applicable during store-wide promotions.
*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)
Please note that Foot Prints Boutique ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Foot Prints Boutique and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Foot Prints Boutique, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
Foot Prints Boutique is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
